Ms. Dilhara Rathnayake has over a decade of experience in the higher education sector, with extensive expertise in strategic marketing, student recruitment, brand development, and business growth.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Sheffield Hallam University, specialising in Marketing at SLIIT, and an MBA in Strategic Management from Queen Margaret University, UK. She has also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).
Throughout her career, Dilhara has developed and implemented strategic marketing and student recruitment initiatives that support institutional growth and strengthen educational brands.
