Mr. Surene began his career in the pastry kitchens of five-star hotels in Dubai, working under globally renowned hospitality brands such as IHG, Marriott, and Rotana. He later contributed to co-developing the Pastry course at SLITHM before joining CAHM as a Culinary and Hospitality Trainer. Over his journey, he progressed to Culinary Events & Culinary Coordinator and subsequently Manager of Commercial Cookery. During the Covid period, he played a crucial role in spearheading CAHM’s digital transformation. Now completing 11 years at CAHM, he continues to drive innovative digital systems that empower staff and students, ensuring CAHM remains a leader in modern hospitality education.
