Learn the art of Patisserie with professional equipment and guidance from industry experts. This short course is a fundamental introduction to Cakes, Desserts, Pastry and Breads and you will get hands-on experience working with our campus’ state-of-the-art facilities while learning at South Asian’s largest training kitchen and our bakery.
We take no more than 15 students for one session to maximize your exposure to this short course experience.
