What You Get

A Certificate of Attendance, hands-on training with professional equipment, a branded linen apron, hair net, recipe sheets, and stationery are required for the session.

Materials to Bring

None.

But students will get a portion to taste; therefore, bring a container if you wish you take it home.

Dress Code

Comfortable clothing, flat covered shoes (mandatory), minimal jewelry, and long hair neatly tied back.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM.

The Two-Day Bread Program is an immersive, hands-on training experience designed for anyone passionate about mastering the art of bread making. Over two focused and practical days, participants will explore the core techniques, ingredient functions, and fermentation principles that form the foundation of professional bread craft.

The program begins with the fundamentals of bread, including the role of ingredients, gluten development, hydration, kneading techniques, and temperature control – ensuring you understand how to create consistent, high-quality loaves. You will then move into guided practical sessions where you will prepare a variety of classic and contemporary breads, including country loaf, French bread, cinnamon rolls, soft rolls, fish buns with savory filling, kurakkan bread, and sourdough bread.

Throughout the training, you’ll work hands-on with doughs at different stages, practice shaping and scoring techniques, and learn how to manage fermentation for flavor, texture, and crust quality. You’ll also gain experience using professional tools and equipment, with personalized feedback from expert bakers to help refine your skills.
